On one of the most important days of your life you don't want to be the person running your event....absolutely NOT!
Your job is to celebrate with the love of your life surrounded by your family and friends, toasting to your happiness and happily ever after.
This is not just a day of coordination as someone that comes into your planning on that day we are with you helping to navigate things including your rehearsal with you wedding party and any VIPs that need to rehearse with you 2 hours. On the day of your wedding we are with from the time before your vendors arrive until after the last guest has left,12-14 hours that day.
Our job is to make sure that's exactly what your day is about, a celebration of your love for one another.
Keeping you and wedding party on track for all your special moments.
Your "Day Of" coordination planning or what is sometimes referred to as, "Month Of" can begin as soon as you book your appointment for your consultation..

Meetings Two one hour each to understand couples needs (virtually) one will be onsite
Collaborating with your Vendors
Vendor Referrals if needed
Design review and seating layout, table layout
Rehearsal ceremony management with planner 2 hours
Timeline Creation for ceremony and reception
Unlimited Communication, planning can start giving support three months prior to your date after initial meeting
Coordination for rehearsal, and wedding day 2 planners including myself and another planner
